The project co-financed under the Operational Program Innovative Economy under Measure 5.2, from the European Regional Development Fund, was implemented in the period from 01.2011 to 12.2012.

A methodology for the provision of a new pro-innovative Capital Express advisory service for SMEs was developed as a part of the project. It was based on assessment of the company’s growth potential including analysis of commercialization possibilities of its innovative solutions, and pre-incubation of the enterprise, including preparation of the enterprise to take up share capital or issue of debt instruments, in a public or private offer.

Capital Express methodology is a result of research and development works with the participation of experts with experience in assessing development potential of enterprises, preparation of investment documentation and handling first public issues or private shares on the capital market. Methodology was developed in the course of literature-based research and interviews conducted with portfolio managers in investment houses and with individual investors.

As a result we have received implementation of the Capital Express service in 200 SME enterprises and pre-incubation process in 21 of these enterprises, including development of investor documentation (Information Document, Investor Relations Strategy, Valuation, other documents depending on individual needs of the company).

Currently, after its commercialization, Capital Express service is implemented on market terms for full payment from entrepreneurs.
